One designated off street parking space comes with this unit and is located in the driveway just in front of the cottage. ** No pets allowed ** In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $275 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
