We want to make sure that we have great tenants in our homes, so we have some requirements for anyone who wants to rent from us. Our lease terms are a minimum of 12 months. To be approved, tenants need to have a good credit score, a steady income that is three times the amount of rent, and they can't have any roommates. If you have a small pet, that's okay, but there will be a fee. We don't allow smoking in any of our houses. We also need to see that you have a good rental history Finally, there is a $95 application fee for each adult who will be living in the house. If you meet all of our requirements, you'll just need to pay the first month's rent and two months of security deposit. From 417 exit on Boggy Creek Road. Head south on Boggy Creek and make a right on Lake Nona Blvd. Somerset Crossings will be on your right, just before Wyndham Lakes Drive.
