The use of gas-powered vehicles is prohibited, with exceptions for some work vehicles used for construction and maintenance. A two seater golf cart with a cargo back is included with the rental! A short 5-minute golf cart ride from the ferry takes you to 387 Pelican Flight Drive. Nestled on the beach, down a wooded private driveway, this brand new construction, elevated house stands 19ft high, providing breathtaking views while safeguarding against sea and storm damage. This semi-enclosed entry level is where you can store and charge the golf cart, play a game of ping pong, relax and listen to music on the Sonos speakers, take an outdoor shower, and store all of your beach gear and bikes! You will have access to plenty of beach gear that comes with the home including a canoe, kayak, stand up paddle board, beach chairs, and two bikes! Ascend the stairs to reach the first living floor. You'll arrive at the spacious utility and laundry room and then continue on to the first of the two en suite guest bedrooms.
