RENTAL RATE listed is for SEP, OCT, NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, & MAR ONLY. This is a FURNISHED short term rental. Longer furnished lease periods *may* be considered. APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO TOUR THE PROPERTY. RENTAL RATE IS CONTINGENT ON # OF PPL & PETS ON THE PROPERTY, EVEN IF NOT STAYING OVERNIGHT. ALL GUESTS MUST BE DISCLOSED. Signed written rental agreement is required before possession can be granted. Small utilities allotment may be included with rental rate, and any utility charges in excess of the allotment are paid in arrears as additional rent. Pet(s) must be pre-approved in writing and included in the Rental Agreement. Additional people or pets on the property not listed in the signed rental agreement, regardless of whether they stay overnight, require written pre-approval by Owner and may incur additional charges. Property may not be sublet, nor can rooms be rented or accessed by anyone not listed in the rental agreement or pre-approved by Owner.
