It is the perfect house for a couple, a small family or a single person and we have put a lot of love into it. Downstairs is semi-finished and consists of 1 non-conforming bedroom/living space/office, a 1/2 bath, laundry and a storage room full of closets and shelves. Our past renters have created living rooms or masters in the basement.
The home is a stones throw from all the restaurants, breweries and grocery stores at 38th and Wadsworth, a 15 minute walk to Tennyson Street, 10 minutes drive from LoHi/Downtown, blocks away from a bike path to Golden and close to major highways. It has a large, privacy fenced backyard with a patio, more than ample storage and a small 1 car attached garage. Comes with washer and dryer and dogs are welcome. Tours will begin in early August and it will be available in mid-August, please reach out with questions.
