Lease terms

1. You will have two parking spaces located near your entrance door; if you intend to park more than two vehicles, you must provide prior notice so that parking arrangements can be coordinated. 2. Rent payments commence on the day the keys are handed over and must be paid punctually on each due date; a grace period of up to three days following the due date is accepted. The landlord may grant a reasonable extension at their discretion, though this is not mandatory. 3. If the tenant does not wish to renew the lease agreement, they must provide one month's notice prior to the contract's expiration date. Provided that the apartment is returned in its original condition, the full security deposit will be refunded. 1. Usted tendra dos estacionamientos cercanos a su puerta de entrada, y si va a estacionar mas de dos carros, debe comunicarlo antes de porder distribuir el estacionamiento. 2. La renta comenzara a partir del dia que se entragan las llaves, y debe pagarse punctualmente cada dia de vencimiento, o tres dias despues se aceptan. El dueno puede extender un plazo razonable si el lo entiende, pero no es mandatorio. 3. Si el inquilino no desea renovar el contrato, tiene que avisar un mes antes de terminar el contrato. Si el apartamento se devuelve en la misma condicion, se devuelve el fondo completo.
