Lease terms

House is presently available from June 24, 2026 until June 24, 31, 2027 for short term rentals (for example, 3,4 and 6 months). Longer term rentals can be discussed. Association dues, lawn maintenance, cable TV (Direct TV), and internet are included, paid by owner. Electric and water bills will be paid by renter. Pool can easily be cared for by renter or owner can arrange for a nearby pool service @ $150 per/month. Pets are most likely not allowed, as I have a had a bad experience with them in the past. Smoking outside only, strictly enforced. Key fobs, gate, and garage door openers provided. I am a 38 year educator who has lived in the area for my entire life, if you have questions about local schools or businesses or fun things to do please ask. I have a family of avid boaters, fishermen, and divers that can send you in the right direction if needed.

Lawn maintenance, cable TV (Direct TV) internet, and HOA fees are included. Pool Service is optional. Tenant will pay electric and water bill.
