Casa Amoroso is available for furnished stays with a 28-night minimum. Longer stays are welcome and subject to availability. This luxury wellness retreat is ideal for seasonal visitors, corporate travelers, relocating professionals, traveling healthcare providers, insurance housing, and guests seeking an extended Arizona stay. Seasonal Monthly Rates (starting at): January March: From $7,200/month April: From $6,500/month May: From $5,500/month June August: From $4,500/month September: From $4,700/month October: From $5,300/month November: From $6,000/month December: From $6,600/month Rates are based on season, length of stay, occupancy, and availability and are subject to change and negotiation depending on length of stay and promotions available. Monthly rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, pool service, pest control and professional landscaping. The home is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for comfortable extended stays with everything you will need and more. A signed lease, background screening, and security deposit are required prior to occupancy. Pets may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. The pool is not heated. Experience luxury desert living with resort-style amenities including a private pool with waterfalls, infrared sauna, fire pit, BBQ, tons of outdoor living spaces, and beautifully landscaped cactus gardens all just minutes from Downtown Gilbert. Pet Policy Well-behaved pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval. A non-refundable pet fee and/or additional refundable pet deposit may apply depending on the number, size, breed, and length of stay. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage beyond normal wear and tear. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, and all waste must be cleaned up promptly. * 1 pet: $250 non-refundable pet fee * 2 pets: $400 non-refundable pet fee Cleaning Fee A one-time $250 cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This fee covers professional cleaning and preparation of the home before each guest's arrival. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning or if damage is found beyond normal wear and tear.
