This is seasonal renting. December 2025 to March 2026. Price is applicable for Jan, Feb and March. December price for the whole month is $4000. It is not possible to show the apartment, but pictures are realistic. Beautifully furnished, well equipped. All the linen is cotton, separate colorful beach towels, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Kitchen can satisfy the most demanding chef. Guests have obligations other than the rent to pay cleaning fee, Management approval, damage deposit (returnable if there is no any damage). Official Florida rental contract will be provided. Payment is possible with installments as per schedule, all along the year. Every guest in the past 6 years was very satisfied, and many of them are coming over and over again as long as they could. Excellent Reviews to attest to it can be provided upon request.
