This property is one unit in a duplex with 1300 sq ft of living space that was recently remodeled.… It is less than 1\2 block from the beach with water view and a covered porch where you can sit and enjoy watching the surf.
The lower level has a large great room, spacious kitchen, laundry room, and full bath. The floors are a combination of tile in the kitchen, laundry and bath and carpet in the great room.
This unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished. There is a washer and dryer that the tenant can use if they wish, but Owner is not responsible for providing a washer/dryer.
