What is not included are: gas heat, one's own electricity and wifi. Pet is negotiable and for a dog depending on size there would be a monthly fee. Wonderful, quiet and residential neighbourhood.… This building is a quiet building and within walking distance to downtown and college but far enough to be quiet.
Apt. is in the first floor, has its own private, small porch.
All stainless steel appliances including gas stove with its own vented out vent and dishwasher.
Hardwood floors throughout, tile in bathroom. Green space in back is shared.
One off street parking. Rubbish and recycling, water and sewer as well as hot water usage are included. Ground keeping and plowing are also included.
Beautiful crown molding and high ceilings with classic hardwood throught trim.
Nice large windows for light.
No smoking of any kind in or around building.
Coin op downstairs. Cleaning Co. cleans stairs and common areas twice a month. Mail boxes are key entry inside. For one or two person.
