Rental includes EVERYTHING! Furnished, water, electric, trash, lawn care, pool care, and unlimited internet access! You will have no other bills here! Pets to be discussed and considered, fee will be assessed. No smoking in the home. Outdoors is approved as long as cleaned up. Available for month to month rental from October through February. Must be moved out by April 1st. Rental agreement will be signed and background check will be done. Refundable deposit required and cleaning fee will be collected prior to stay. Cleaning fee is required for deep cleaning after departure. Only guests listed on the agreement are allowed to stay on the property. We do have the right to inspect the home if we felt the need to to be sure it is being cared for and treated properly. Home is also treated for pest control. Renters must be clean and maintain the home during their stay. Renters are responsible for broken or damaged furniture and damages to the home during their stay.
