Lease terms

Flexible terms: 30-day minimum, with stays from one month to twelve months available. Send me your dates and I'll confirm availability. Rent is $4,000/month and includes everything all utilities, high-speed wifi, one assigned parking space, and EV charging at that space. There are no additional monthly fees of any kind. Security deposit is $1,500 for stays under six months, or one month's rent for leases of six months or longer. No last month's rent required at signing. The unit is fully furnished, including linens, towels, and kitchenware. Private in-unit washer and dryer. Heating and air conditioning run off a ductless mini-split. No smoking of any kind anywhere in the property. Pets considered individually with a $500 refundable pet deposit. Service and assistance animals are never considered pets and are never charged a deposit or fee. Renters insurance is required for the term of the lease. The owner lives in the main house on the property. The unit is completely self-contained with its own private exterior entrance you never pass thru anyone else's space. Maintenance, repairs, and yard care are handled by the owner; tenants are asked only to keep the unit in good condition and report any issues promptly. We'll walk through and photograph the unit's condition together at move-in.
