THIS FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM WEST KETCHUM CONDO IS AVAILABLE IN EARLY JULY 2026 AT $3200/MONTH + UTILITIES! We are looking for a lease term to run until sometime in the summer of 2027. We do require a lease. We collect first months rent (pro-rated if moving in mid-month), last months rent, and the equivalent of a months rent worth of refundable security deposit monies when completing a lease. Tenants are required to have renters insurance. Tenants to take electric bill and natural gas bill (only gas in the property is for a heat-producing gas log fireplace), both mandatory. Tenants make their own decisions about cable TV and/or internet/wi-fi and form direct relationship with Cox Communications. Water/sewer/garbage collection are included with rent as well as snow removal at parking area and walkways (tenant responsible for snow removal at private deck) and landscaping. We provide a very clean property and we expect a very clean property back at the end of a tenancy.
