MONTHLY RECURRING COSTS Base Rent: $3,650.00 Pet Rent: $75.00 (Applicable per authorized pet) Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late Fees: $35 per occurrence. 2. MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS (ONE-TIME FEES) To secure the property and take possession, the following funds are required in full: Security Deposit (Refundable): $3,650.00 (Standard one month's rent) Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $350.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150.00 First Month Rent: $3,650.00 Last Month Rent: $3,650.00 3. UTILITIES & SERVICES The Tenant is responsible for the setup and payment of all essential utilities. Accounts must be transferred into the Tenant's name effective on the lease start date. Electricity: Idaho Power Natural Gas: Intermountain Gas Communication: Internet/Cable (Cox or CenturyLink) Note: Landlord/HOA covers Water, Sewer, and Trash 4. PET POLICY Approval: Pets are subject to owner approval. Fees: A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 is due at signing. Monthly: Ongoing pet rent of $75.00/month applies. Liability: Tenant remains responsible for any damages caused by pets that exceed the amount of the security deposit. 5.
