Easy drives to Ala Moana, Kahala mall, and University of Hawaii at Manoa. Bus line 3 (Kaimuki-Ala Moana-Downtown-Kalihi-Salt Lake) stops on the corner. Owners live upstairs and will be easy to reach. All utilities are included: electricity, hot and cold water, sewer, shared wi-fi internet access. Shared washer and dryer. Each bedroom has split air conditioning installed. One dedicated parking spot is included. Electric car charging may be available for additional monthly cost. We will clean and refresh the furnishings before move-in. Bedding, furniture, cooking utensils, flatware, silverware and more will be provided. You will be able to move in comfortably with just the clothes in your suitcase and a quick grocery shopping trip. 6 month lease, then month-to-month. No pets, no smoking/drugs, and no excess noise or any business use please (work from home okay.) Monthly rent is $3500. One month security deposit. Above average credit/background checks will be required, and recommendations from previous landlords are helpful. Showings are by appointment. Appointments prior to September 5 are subject to the current tenant's approval and availability.
