First, it has a huge entry hall, something extremely useful for beach days. At the end of the unusual hall there are two daybeds, sitting at 90 degree angles to each other. I've never seen a space like it, great for families and awesome for reading. The main space was breathtaking, it is very simple, all white with wooden furniture, white marble counters, and white louvers covering the whole southern wall. It also has a mirror on the adjacent wall, making the already generous space look huge, and when the louvers are open the mirror reflects the ocean making it feel like you are surrounded; The view is definitely the focus of the unit, with a full length bench running the length of the window. I would wake up and watch the ocean undulate for hours. If i didn't feel like getting sun at the beach i would open up the windows and watch the water. if you've never seen the ocean from 11 stories up, you really should treat yourself, there is nothing like it. You can watch a single wave 400 feet away roll in, almost standing still, the whole thing is like a slow moving painting. As for functional systems, there is a large tv on the wall, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. It is a studio but seems like it could sleep 4. It would be a great romantic get away.
