Entrance to the studio is separate from the main house to ensure a sense of privacy. Lots of windows for the breeze and natural light.
ALL Appliances are all full size and you have your own patio with your own washer and dryer. NO SHARED APPLICANCES.
Tiled floor throughout the Clean unit.
The electric is sub-metered, meaning you pay based upon usage from an electrical meter that measures the KWH to the studio only. It is tracked each month and billed to you to be paid in addition to your monthly rent amount. Based upon past tenants, usage was as low as $75.00 for a single person to a high of $250.00 for a couple with a portable AC.
Internet/wifi/TV is on your own to set up with Spectrum or Hawaiian Tel or any other provider.
Water and Sewer included in the rent amount.
