There seems to be confusion of "showing". Instead of setting appointments we prefer to set a window of time that the studio will be open for you to see the unit.
A set appointment time between the hours of 10:00am - 1:00pm is not required for May 31, 2026.
Most likely why messages did not receive a reply back from us.
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the bus, ample street parking.
Entrance to the studio is separate from the main house to ensure a sense of privacy. Lots of windows for the breeze and natural light.
Appliances are all full size and you have your own patio with your own washer and dryer. Tiled floor throughout the Clean unit.
The electric is sub-metered, meaning you pay based upon usage from an electrical meter that measures the KWH to the studio only.
NO Smoking. Prefer No pets.
TOURS/SHOWINGS: It is preferred showings are on Sundays 10am to 1pm. In the past, appts were scheduled upon request and ended with a NO show. So disappointing!
