Owner pays all utilities! This includes water, electric, trash, internet, pest control, and lawn care. The $2,500 covers all expenses No smoking inside. Please pick up waste from pets that use the yard, bag it, and dispose of it in outdoor garbage bin. Deposit (refundable), cleaning fee (non-refundable), and first month rent must be paid up front. House is furnished and has many toiletries and other supplies available in house. You may use any of them, but do not remove them from the house. Do not use or remove any of the equipment in the garage without permission. Pour 1 cup of white vinegar in the HVAC monthly. Minimum lease length is 6 months and can be extended. Please contact owner to arrange a tour as I have to have a third party allow you into the house when she is available.
