Medium sized studio. The 400 square footage listed is just a guess. Full size bath and a 3x8 balcony. Nice building, nice longer term neighbors. Metered street parking. Shown by appointment and my number is listed but local area code and 222 3984. No application fee, laws are to complicated for us to deal with that.
There is a 1 bedroom that will be available end of May also. 1100 hundred for that. Pretty much the same other than no balcony and of course a bedroom.
Here's the kicker, It's Old Town. Silverado is the downstairs tenant and awesome. We require on site viewings and an overnight wait to think. Long term tenants are our goal and we have a fair amount. Rents are reasonable and I choose to not raise them last year.
