The mobile home is located in a peaceful and convenient location on highway 36,10 minutes to shopping and restaurants,15 min from I-20, 40 min to downtown Atlanta!.
2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per animal. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. Any pet over 25 lbs needs special approval by management
Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of month rent payment. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years.
The home can be rented for $950 a month. First month rent, last month rent plus one month security deposit required before moving in.
Alternatively, we allow a rent to own program where the tenant put down $3,250 initial payment, $350 a month for 72 months. Lot rent is $525 a month additionally. The home MUST stay in the community.
