Please reach out to use and we can discuss the availability of the home. - The renter must be 25 years old or up. - Guest must sign the rental agreement and pay the corresponding security deposit of $400 for snowbirds/monthly rates. - Our Free Activities do not apply for Snowbird Rates, Monthly Rates, or any stays longer than 27 nights. - No smoking or vaping - No parties or events - We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs per unit, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies: - Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the pool deck, or in the courtyard area (any area behind the townhomes). *There is a designated grass pet exercise area on the north side of the units, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets. *Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone. *No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units. Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit. NOTE: This fee is subject to taxes and platform fees.
