This expansive home features a living room with a TV offering access to multiple streaming services, a futon couch that converts to a twin-size sleeper, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The master bedroom boasts a large gold mirror surrounded by guitar picks, a TV, and an accent chair, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a stand-alone tub and a shower. The second full bathroom is located near the bunk bed room, which has a twin-sized top bunk and a full-sized lower bunk. The "Green Room" and "Purple Room" each include a TV and accent chair. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also available in the laundry room.
Parking is available with a double garage that fits one vehicle, and two additional vehicles can be parked outside the garage, totaling three parking spots. Communal guest parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pets are welcome with an upfront fee of $30 for one pet or $40 for two pets, and a nightly fee of $30 per pet or $40 for two pets. Chef services are available upon request.
Conveniently located in a quiet residential area, this home is just minutes away from the airport, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas, shopping, and the beach. Enjoy the warm Florida weather on the patio terrace, open to the neighboring townhouses.
Please be aware that this is a duplex unit, and neighbors live on the other side. Guests are asked to only use the north side of the building and the driveway. Tampering with locked cabinets or storage chests is prohibited. Due to the proximity to the airport, planes can be seen and heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 smoke remediation fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for any fines issued by the city due to noise violations. Unauthorized occupants exceeding the registered guest count will incur a violation fee, and discovery of unauthorized occupants is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any evidence of firearms on the property will result in the termination of your stay without refund. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit. Excessive trash requiring hauling away will result in a $75 removal fee, and excessive waste requiring professional deep cleaning will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. Security includes 4 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. Any fees associated with dispatching security to enforce warnings, evict, or for any other warranted reason will be passed on to the guest. Please use ashtrays when smoking outside and do not toss butts in the patio or rocks. Please login to use your own streaming accounts. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Daily maid service is not included. Linens and bath towels are provided, along with starter supplies for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. Please wash a load of regular towels and beach towels prior to checking out. There are 5 TidePods available for free use for this load. Please do not put plastic dishes in the dishwasher as they will melt. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless given permission. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. Any violation of these rules can result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund, as well as potential charges to reset, reprogram, or repair any tampered items. Please do not touch any pool equipment apart from the pool pump/spa blower. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. The water heater temperature control should be left at 140 degrees. Fort Lauderdale water may have a yellow tint due to tannins, but is safe to drink. Brita water filter, a smart fridge offering purified water, and water bottles are provided for convenience. Please ensure that pets are never left unattended inside or outside of the home and are not creating a noise disturbance. If more than 3 complaints are received, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. All pet fees must be paid prior to arrival. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. Please keep in mind that outdoor furniture is susceptible to normal wear and tear, bird and animal droppings, wildlife, rain, dust, dirt, and pollen/leaf stains. The water heater temperature control should be left at 140 degrees. Fort Lauderdale water has a yellow tint to it due to tannins, but is safe to drink. Please do not eat or drink in the spa as this can contaminate it. There can be minor debris in the spa. Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and approved. Excessive cleaning fees will be passed along for excessive cleaning. Please provide a valid point of communication. Guests must be 25 and up to rent. A copy of a photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking or prior to entering the premises. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment. All guests agree that there will be NO USE of fireworks or any other explosives anywhere near the property. Please make sure the home looks reasonably neat upon checking out. Please collect all personal belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please notify us for approval if you intend to receive mail, packages, or any other delivery. The maximum number of guests is 10, with potential accommodation for additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest. Please ask us prior to your visit if you want to know about possible minor differences in the home compared to the listing images. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Please ensure that your pets are cleaned up after in the designated "Potty Area" in the backyard patio. Please ensure that all PET FEES are paid PRIOR to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. Pools are serviced weekly. Spas are chemically balanced and drained every two weeks. Please be aware that there is a possibility of noise from construction, loud noises from others nearby, and local events. No refunds will be provided should this occur. Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in the immediate termination of the reservation and an automatic forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. If you're staying in a home with recording devices and noise detection devices, please assume that our devices are on at all times during your stay. Please immediately notify us of any issues that you incur during your stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of. No rebate or discounts will be provided if there is a mechanical failure of any non-essential appliances. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. Please utilize ashtrays and close all doors when smoking outside. Any unauthorized guests will result in a direct violation of our house rules, and we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without any refunds. At the first mention of any complaint, evidence of rule violation, noise disturbance, or any other unruly behavior will result in your FIRST & FINAL WARNING. Upon the SECOND complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, your entire group will be asked to vacate the property.
