LEASE TERMS Studio Casita We're looking for a great tenant to call this place home! Here's everything you need to know before applying. LEASE LENGTH / RENT $1,700 p/m if leased for twelve months (partially furnished or unfurnished options available). $1,750 p/m if leased for six months or more. $1,800 p/m if leased for three to six months (furnished only). There is a traveling nurse / furnished finders tenant in the unit right now so no in-person showings until September 16. Drive-bys are ok but please don't knock or try to enter. Landlord lives next door. UTILITIES & INTERNET Landlord covers all utilities water, sewage, waste, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. You just pay rent. PARKING Two off-street parking spaces are included with the unit. Additional street parking is also available nearby. YARD/GROUNDS/NEIGHBORS The unit includes a private yard. Landlord is your neighbor. Tenant is responsible for routine yard maintenance. Driveway entrance off Richards Avenue is a manual gate and must remain locked at all times except for entering and exiting. Landlord has mounted motion-sensor lights/security cameras on the property that face the exterior boundary walls, and these cameras will remain in place and active. Landlord is your neighbor.
