Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with no street parking permitted. A pack 'n play, high chair, booster seat, travel bassinet, and baby bathtub are available. Located in the exclusive deep-water-access community of The Landings, this home is a boater's paradise, situated less than two miles from the beautiful beaches of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It's conveniently located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, between Miami and the Palm Beaches, with easy access to major highways and a short drive to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Las Olas Boulevard, famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment, is a short drive away, and the area offers abundant dining, shopping, activities, and entertainment options. The City's noise ordinance is strictly enforced, and parties and events are not permitted. This is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the property. The primary guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. The minimum rental age is 25 years old. Guests are responsible for following the property's garbage and recycling schedule. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may be requested within 2448 hours of arrival or departure, each subject to a fee of $100 plus applicable tax.
