Terms at 314 Rochdale St

The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the Premises, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Landlord. The Tenant shall also be responsible for maintaining the backyard, lawn, and any related outdoor areas in good, clean, and orderly condition throughout the lease term. This includes regular upkeep, reasonable care, and preventing damage or neglect to such areas. The initial lease term shall be for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
