It is a very comfortable layout with storage. 2 outside balconies with fairly new carpet and nice furniture. Their is onsite laundry facility.The rental includes amenities such as a great steam room , workout facility- all new equipment. heated pool and hot tubs. This property has been rented long term by the owner. Im looking at renting the condo for l year includes next ski season season or from June to October Ideally a 5 month lease but would consider less. Lets talk! The condo is very nice. One bedroom has a California King with its own bathroom . Second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen size Murphy bed in living area. Both bedrooms have their own TV. Dishes and all cookware is included. The monthly rent reflects the location of The Iron Horse and all the amenities. Walk right to hiking trails , the Winter Park Village or Old Town.

Gas/ Electric i not included the rental .WiFi and Comcast package included. There is one indoor parking space and one parking space outside on the property-most of the time in front of condo. I am looking for a minimum of 5 month lease to a year lease . This would be a great opportunity for those that love the outdoors,walking into the Winter Park Village and you can easily work from the condo. It does have a conference free of charge for 3 people or less. For a larger group you can reserve for a nominal fee. TRUE SKI IN SKI OUT No pets allowed or smoking in the condo or deck.
