Lease terms

This home is available for a standard 12-month lease, with move-in ready availability. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and in shared outdoor spaces. Parking is permitted on the street, in the driveway, and in the garage. Occasional parking on the grass is acceptable, but tenants who regularly park on the grass will be held liable for any resulting lawn damage. Lawn care is provided by the landlord through a professional lawn service, and pest control is included at no extra cost to the tenant. Tenants with pets are responsible for promptly picking up after their pet on the property. Tenants are responsible for general upkeep and keeping the property in good condition throughout the lease, while the landlord will handle major repairs and appliance maintenance.
