Water and lawn maintenance are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, internet/cable, and renter's insurance. Pet friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome with applicable fees and restrictions. Pet policy: * Non-refundable pet fee: $500 for the first pet * Refundable $250 pet fee for the second pet if tenants maintain the property in good condition and there is no pet-related damage * Maximum 2 pets per household * Proof of vaccination from a veterinarian required * Breed and pet restrictions apply Applicant requirements: * Credit score 640 or higher * No eviction or criminal record * No smoking * Combined monthly income over 2.5x rent * Able to provide one recent paystub, offer letter, or other proof of income * Able to provide one bank statement showing available balance greater than two months' rent * Renter's insurance required * Each adult occupant must submit an application * Student applicants without credit history may have parents as co-signers * Non-refundable background check fee paid directly to TransUnion Applications are processed first come, first served.
