A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay. - No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am). - Parking should not exceed 4 cars total in the driveway and on the street. - Our home is pet-friendly, but pets must be disclosed when booking. Please note any undisclosed pets on the premises at any point during the stay is subject to a $250 penalty per pet. - We live in family friendly neighborhood any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine. Note: By booking this property, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay.
