Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is available for standard-size personal vehicles only; trailers, boats, RVs, and commercial vehicles are prohibited, with a $500 fine for violation. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance. No parties/events/gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate removal for violations.
