Full names of guests must be provided upon booking. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is permitted for standard-size personal vehicles only; trailers, boats, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles are not allowed, with a $500 fine for violation.
