The kitchenette is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge, cookware, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses, perfect for light meals and morning coffee (note: no freezer). The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, lighted vanity, and fresh towels, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and a sunny lounge deck with stylish seating. On-site guest laundry is available (coin operated). Paid on-site parking may be available and should be arranged in advance. Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. This is a walkable, beachside location, perfect for a South Florida getaway. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Checkout is at 11 AM. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine applies for smoking violations. No parties or events are permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. Only initial consumables (toiletries, coffee, paper products) are provided; additional supplies can be requested for a small fee. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; a $1000 fine applies for tampering with these cameras. A $500 fine applies for violations related to vehicle size or type. Guests must provide full names and a photo of a valid ID matching the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions.
