No parties/events/gatherings are allowed, and any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must provide full names and a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before check-in. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance. A $500 fine applies for violations regarding vehicle size and type. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance.
