The spacious private balcony features sleek outdoor seating, a bar-height table, and a peek of the ocean and palm-lined beach. The open-concept living and dining area is filled with bright natural light and includes a round dining table with seating, plus a breakfast bar with stools. A Smart TV and dedicated A/C ensure comfortable days. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, along with cookware, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Fresh linens, towels, hangers, an iron, and a hair dryer are provided, along with room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets. A Pack 'n Play is available for little ones. Parking can be arranged in advance for an additional fee of $30 per day, with payment made prior to check-in. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not guaranteed. Inquire about availability early. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. A pet fee of $100 non-refundable per pet applies. A 12 PM noon checkout is available for an additional $25, if requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM may be possible if requested and approved in advance. This apartment is in the heart of Fort Lauderdale's beachside, just a short walk to the sand and surf with the ocean visible from the balcony. It's close to dining and nightlife, including Las Olas Boulevard. Nearby attractions include Fort Lauderdale Beach, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. The area is packed with waterfront restaurants, casual beach bars, and local cafes. This is a walkable beachside location, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Port Everglades cruise port are a short drive away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No smoking or parties are permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors to the unit remaining closed while smoking outdoors. Violations of the no-smoking, no-parties, or occupancy limit policies may result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Violation of the exterior camera policy will result in a $1000 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. Initial consumables (toiletries, coffee, paper products) are provided; additional supplies can be requested for a small fee. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is available for standard-size personal vehicles only; trailers, boats, RVs, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are not permitted, with a $500 fine for violation. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Packages may be delivered only with host permission and not outside of booked dates. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Includes a Smart TV and dedicated A/C for comfortable workdays. The unit is equipped with an outdoor pool, a guest lounge with a vending machine, and on-site guest laundry. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
