About the building
Fully furnished bedroom in a spacious, two-story house.… The house has three living areas complete with an indoor hammock and two TVs with subscription services. Living room, family room, kitchen, workout room, breakfast nook, and dining area are all shared living areas to enjoy. There is also a covered back patio that is great for some evening relaxation. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, including a separate refrigerator and separate pantry storage area. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax.
The bedroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a desk to work in, a queen-sized storage bed, a dresser and closet, a comfortable reading chair, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The bedroom faces the back garden.
The home will be shared with one female landlord who is an interior designer and a creative. I work 9am-6pm in Ventura from M-F. There are two full bathrooms available to use, one downstairs adjacent to the workout room, and one upstairs next to the laundry and bedrooms. Both are shared baths and available for use. Parking is in the three-car driveway. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, and a standard credit check will required. I live in a safe, friendly, walking neighborhood, and there is a large park at its center that is about a 4 minute walk from the house. Lovely coastal weather with three harbors and the beach all between 5-10 minutes' drive away. Oxnard airport is also within walking/driving distance for quick, convenient shuttle access to LAX from the house.

One female landlord who is an interior designer and a creative. Works M-F from 9-6. Usually working on creative projects in the evenings + weekends. Home is my sanctuary so prefer to only have guests in the house on occasion.
