The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a wonderfully firm and supportive queen sized bed, with two more bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed. There is also a common open den area upstairs which is perfect for a work space or for yoga and meditation. In the summer air conditioning in 4 separate zones is rarely needed under the shade of the lovely trees around the house. In the private fenced back yard there is a beautiful garden and fish pond with waterfalls which creates a special ambiance of peacefulness. The patio also has a barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor entertainment. This is a very private and beautiful outside area. There is a dog door out to the fenced yard. We want you to know that you are renting our home while we are away. This is where we live most of the year when we are in Boulder.This is not a full-time rental so you can expect more to find a lived-in home that has been fixed up for your arrival. We just put all our personal stuff away. We rent for a minimum of 30 days. Our rates include all utilities, premium ROKU internet-based TV and WiFi with hi-speed internet. We have solar power from panels on the roof. We are located 2 blocks from the North Boulder Recreation Center and the beautiful community Hawthorne gardens, and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on the downtown Pearl St Mall. Cancellation Policy: Cancelation before 60 days prior to check in will receive 100% refund. Travelers who cancel at least 60-30 days before check-in will get back 50% refund.
