Feels like a private mountain lodge, with soaring ceilings, beetle-kill wood floors and trim, a moss rock fireplace, and a pellet stove. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Family-friendly: The main level master (with en-suite bathroom) with a king bed is close to the 2nd bedroom with one full and one twin bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds. There is also a couch that converts to a twin bed in the upstairs sitting area, complete with a TV you can set up to stream your favorite shows. Outside, enjoy the grill, an expansive deck, wildlife, and views that will amaze you. Managed by the owners (who live in Evergreen) so you get a quick response if something needs attention. This home is offered for temporary leases, as low as one month, a great option for transitioning families needing a furnished rental for monthly leases or longer. Pets possible with a deposit. No smoking. All utilities, including internet and snowplowing are a monthly flat fee of $280. There is a separate apartment unit located on the property that is currently occupied by a single long-term tenant. The units are completely independent there are no shared entrances, walls, interior spaces, or outdoor areas.
