Lease terms

*Utilities and Maintenance* The Tenant is responsible for paying all utility services associated with the property, including water, natural gas, electricity, trash, and any other utilities not specifically provided by the Owner. The Tenant is also responsible for maintaining the front and back yards in a clean and orderly condition, including regular mowing, watering, weeding, trimming, and general landscape upkeep. *Smoking and Pets* Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, and anywhere on the property. No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises. *Move-In Costs* The first month's rent and the required security deposit must be paid in full before possession of the property is granted and at the time the lease agreement is signed. *Pool Service* The Owner will provide and pay for routine professional pool maintenance. The Tenant is responsible for using the pool in a safe manner, keeping the pool area clean, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and not altering the pool equipment or settings.
