Utilities Electric service and Wi-Fi are tenant-paid through a reimbursement arrangement. Utilities remain in the owner's name, and tenants reimburse the monthly cost. Typical utility costs: * Electric: Approximately $125-$275 per month, depending on usage. * Spectrum Fiber Internet: $95 per month Short-Term Furnished Rental Options, Ideal for traveling professionals, contract workers, equestrians & Furnished Finder. * 3 or 6 - month lease: $1,975/month (includes electric and Wi-Fi) * Month-to-month: $2,450/month (includes electric and Wi-Fi) Security deposit and applicable pet fees apply. Pet Policy: Well-behaved indoor dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of two pets. Requirements: * $250 non-refundable cleaning fee per pet, due at move-in. * All pets must be approved prior to occupancy. * We ask to meet all pets before final approval. * Pet owners are responsible for maintaining the property & cleaning up after pets. * Dogs may not be left outdoors unattended or allowed to roam unsupervised. Proof of renters insurance is required prior to move-in. Tenants with dogs must maintain animal liability coverage.
