Jadestone Property Management disclaims any and all responsibility for damage to your personal property arising from fires and other events. All adult residents living in the unit must be named on the policy. You must also name the Management Company as "additional Insured" on the renters policy. Box 830845, Ocala, FL 34483 After 30 days the following repairs are the responsibility of the tenant: Toilet stoppage Broken windows Torn screens A/C Filters (to be changed monthly by tenant) Appliances Toilet Mechanisms Inside Pest Control Outside Pest Control including ants & roaches Appliances Vertical Blinds Front and back entrance lights Sink and drain stoppages, after the first 30 days. Faucets Smoke detector batteries Ceiling fans Light fixtures All damages to leased premises caused by willful or negligent acts of the tenant.
