If you include a contact number we will be able to communicate faster.. Have a one bedroom, one bath apartment on the 2nd floor of a two story walkup. The place is in great condition with mostly new appliances. There is a new window AC unit in the bedroom and a new one in the living room, if needed. All the floors are ceramic tile, so no carpets to pay or clean. There is a private lanai off of the bathroom, so the bathroom has a full door so it's much easier to cool down than those bathrooms with just a tiny window. You pay for electricity and cable/internet if necessary. I pay for water and trash removal. The apartment has the newer jalousie windows that don't rattle and seal very great. We are located about 100 yards from UH at Manoa Campus. Currently my building has some students finishing up their PHD's. Also have some other folks. It is a quiet, respectful building. NO PARTY ANIMALS NEEDED. Partying is fine at bars, clubs and concerts but not here. The monthly rent is $1850. Which includes a parking space. I am a dog lover but dogs in apartments never seems to work out. I will accept a cat with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 . There is no putting of cat food outside. We have a great mix of people in the neighborhood. Older retired professionals and some local folks. There are a couple of coin machines for washing clothes. At night exterior lights come on to light up the property. I have owned the property for over twenty years and have had no break ins. We don't get any cut thru traffic and it is usually quiet. If an appliance needs repaired I usually have another working appliance to put in. So no waiting weeks for a repairman to show up.. We have a newer fire extinguisher on each exterior wall fronting the building and I usually give out a fire blanket to each new tenant. Also you will be getting a new toilet seat. I got that from learning Madonna takes her toilet seat with her after every concert and a new one is installed. Looking or a fixed one year lease.
