Washer dryer hookups in a walk-in basement, with easy storage for bikes, etc. Basement is accessed from outside only.
This is a large property. Parking is off street. The rent includes water and yard maintenance. There is a mother in law cottage with its own driveway and entry. It sits to the side and back of the property. And there is a studio that sits to the back of the house. Both have long term renters and are good neighbors. The property is spacious.
