Lease Terms and Showing Requirements Showings and Applications: Showings will be scheduled after an application has been received. The application does not need to be approved before a showing can be scheduled. For households with more than one adult, only one adult is required to submit an application before the showing. The preferred application method is through Zillow. Zillow generally charges an application fee of approximately $35, which is paid directly to Zillow. No portion of that fee is paid to or retained by the Owner or property manager. Utilities:Tenant is responsible for establishing and paying for all electric, water, and sewer services. The property does not have gas service. Smoking Policy This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is not permitted inside the dwelling. Pets: Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require the Owner's prior written approval. No more than two (2) pets are permitted. Any required pet deposit will be determined based on the number, size, breed, and type of approved pets. Monthly pet rent will be charged for each approved pet. Lease Term: A long-term lease is preferred. Applicants requesting a longer lease term may receive priority consideration.
