Whether you choose to dive in for a morning swim in the heated pool or
hot tub right across the street or linger on the white sandy shores of
Blue Mountain Beach so much fun is waiting. You can visit the lively
Grand Boulevard Shopping centers, night life, and so many high demand
destinations then returning home for peaceful comfort. There is a
recreational area or man cave under the entire main house with a large
flat screen TV, outdoor furniture, full lighting, fan, and out lets
for a breezing relaxing get away from the rest of the family. It's
very private, cozy, and comfortable as a private get away to watch a
game or family activities.
This Luxurious home offers a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home that is
spacious with 10-foot ceilings on all three floors and will
accommodate a large family. It has a warm luxurious design and decor
with nice artwork and a contemporary beach feel design that affords
every comfort. The home has Wi-Fi with over 85 internet platforms for
unlimited movie and TV viewing. All the appliances are new modern
stainless steel with side-by-side fridge, 5 burner gas range,
dishwasher, disposal, and all the dishes and utensils you could need
along with a Keurig, a coffee maker, and other small appliances you
would expect to find. There is super-large new front load washer and
dryer in the bedroom areas. Each floor has its own central air unit
with a thermostat to offer perfect temperature control. The home has a
tankless gas water heater, so you never run out. We are in the heart
of Blue Mountain Beach only a short walk or bike ride from the #1
beach and all the 30A beach towns.
Destin and the boardwalk areas are 15 minutes in one direction and
Panama City Beach 25 minutes in the opposite direction with endless
places to go. The home has comfortable furnishings with great views.
The pool area, hot tub, fire pit, and recreational area are right
across the street for ease and access.
The main level of the home has one step to enter where you will find a
spacious living and dining area, full kitchen with granite counter
tops and bar area, with new hardwood floors throughout the entire
home.
The dining table seats eight, with an additional four seats at the
bar. The entire 2nd floor is spacious with a California King master
and offers a 60" flat screen television and a full-size bath with
double vanity and walk-in shower, a setting area, huge two room walk
in closet, and private outdoor covered balcony porch. There is also a
full-sized couch that will convert to a queen bed for additional space
if needed. The third floor hosts the other three bedrooms, including a
second master suite with California King bed and private bath. There
are large flat screen TVs in every bedroom, living room, and
lower-level enclosed recreational/mancave retreat area. The 3rd
bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a full bed and single
bed.
The property provides easy access to everything you desire. There is a
string of renowned beach towns like Grayton beach, Surf Side Beach,
Watercolor beach, and Santa Rosa Beach, to only name a few. These are
only a very short bike ride from home. The Blue Mountain Beach area is
conveniently located on Scenic Hwy 30-A, making Ventana Dunes the
perfect retreat for a beach getaway. The home is nestled on two sides
of the national forestry for privacy and great hiking trails. In
addition, Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including
bike trails, shopping, and is located near Graydon Beach State Park.
