This brand-new, never-occupied single-level home at 2847 E. Veranda Dr., Fresno CA 93730 will be available starting September 1, 2026. We are offering a 12-month minimum lease with the option to renew upon lease expiration. Key Lease Details Renters Should Know: Property Condition: Brand new construction the home has never been lived in. All appliances, fixtures, and systems are under manufacturer warranties. Solar Panels: The property is equipped with solar panels, which significantly reduce monthly electricity costs.
