Lease terms

Tenant pays electric and gas. Landlord pays water and garbage. Lease ends July 31, 2027. Security deposit equal to one month's rent and 1st month's rent due at lease signing. No smoking apartment. To pre-qualify, please submit a Zillow application before requesting a tour of the unit. All prospective tenants must have a minimum credit score of 650 or provide a co-signor (co-applicant) We will review your application in several steps. First we verify who you are, then we look at your credit score and history. Once we have determined you pre-qualify financially, we will schedule a showing. If you are interested in renting the unit, we will complete the application process. The approval process and lease signing can be completed in 24 hours. In order to gain access to the unit at the beginning of the term, you must have completed your account application with People's Gas, ComEd and paid the full security deposit, and 1st month's rent. There is NO move-in fee for this unit.
