Core Lease & Financial Terms Minimum Duration: Strict 6-month minimum stay required. Monthly Rates: Room 1 is $1,250/mo, Room 2 is $1,150/mo, and Room 3 is $950/mo. All rates are strictly flat and fixed. Security Deposit: Equal to one full month's rent, collected via secure electronic transfer immediately upon lease signing to lock in the suite. Move-Out Cleaning Fee: A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee is collected upfront at lease signing to ensure the room is professionally sanitized upon your departure.
