Washer and Dryer inside the condo as well. The large balcony sits facing the beautiful ocean to relax with tasteful balcony furniture to lounge on. Crown molding throughout condo and lots of windows providing you with the view of the ocean and brings in lots of natural light. The pool area is located on the 2nd floor to look over the dunes and ocean in modern chic lounge chairs. It has an awesome grilling area with a bar to spend time listening to the waves and enjoying company. GARAGE parking and a storage unit to store your beach toys. Places to put your bikes.
