Lease terms

1. One indoor parking space included - but please be aware that it is a 3 car garage shared with neighbors. 2. Renter shall be responsible for all utilities, except for water which shall be paid for by the landlord. 3. Pets allowed, but subject to an additional monthly fee of $50. 4. Monthly rent is for a lease term of one year. Minimum lease term 12 months. Please mention your desired lease term when reaching out. 5. There is a non-refundable move-in fee of $1250. 6. Renter's insurance required with minimum of $100,000 personal liabilities coverage. 7. Damage to property beyond normal wear and tear (including but not limited to walls, floorboards, appliances, and shared spaces like the garage, rooftop patio, and front entrance) must be promptly reported to landlord within 48 hours of the incident, and repair costs will be the responsibility of the tenant. 8. No smoking allowed on premise. 9. No registered sex offenders or persons under a current child sex offender residency restriction.
