Lease terms

12-month rental agreements only. No subletting allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No illicit drug use or dangerous behavior. Cars/trucks/trailers may be parked in front of the home, on the car port or along the street in the grass. Cars/trucks/trailers are not allowed beside or behind the home. Renter is responsible for - signing and agreeing to abide by a rental agreement. - paying rent timely - transferring responsibility of electricity and water from owner to renter - maintaining the lawn and landscaping. - placing garbage in the appropriate bins on the curb on trash collection days. - report any repair needs immediately to the Owner. * If Renter has an animal: Small dogs (10 pounds) are permitted, however, there is no fence between the rental property and one neighbor. You must control your animal keeping it in the yard, and clean up after your animal at all times. Owner pays the fees and costs associated with - state and local taxes, - trash pick-up, - home insurance (not renter's insurance), - timely repair the rental property Owner reserves the right to complete a walk-through of the property monthly.
